promoters, Mr. Michael (Mick) Jeggo being ill,

the 2009 Newport Nocturne is being

The promoters regret making this decision which they

know will disappoint the very many race fans, riders

and people of Newport. However they feel this is in

the best long term interests of the Newport

Nocturne, and the 2010 race will be Bigger

and Brighter than ever.
